Multiple Student Discount:

The oldest child 100%, 2nd to the oldest child 5% off, 3rd and following children 10% off.

Scholarship and Financial Aid Support:

The SCA Administration Committee is in charge of financial aid distribution for families including senior pastor, school pastor, teachers, and families.  SCA families may receive Financial Aid support if applied by May 1st.  Financial Aid support is limited to 25% and based on provided 2010 Tax Return along with completed application and $25 financial aid application fee.

*Note. 10 service hours are added to families receiving financial aid

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

•    Annual tuition paid in advance by August 10th: 5% tuition discount.
•    Semester tuition paid in two payments by the 10th day in August and January :  2% discount.
•    Quarterly tuition is paid in four payments and paid by the 10th day in Aug., Nov., Feb., and May.
•    Monthly tuition is divided into 12 equal automatic withdrawals, on the10th of the month, (August – July).

NOTE: A Bank Agreement form must be completed and submitted to the NWASBC Business Office.

Those paying directly to the school (check or cash) will be assessed a $28 late fee if payment is not received by the 10th of each month or as is agreed and NSF bank activity will result in a $28 NSF Fee.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS:

If emergency occurred, parents need to pay off their balance within 30 days.  If not paid, student/s will not be admitted to school, until all fees are paid.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY:

20% of the TOTAL ANNUAL TUITION is a withdrawal fee. The withdrawal fee covers all the expenses related to the enrollment costs, educating the student, and preparing for his/her tenure along with the costs that will accrue after his/her departure. Note. If a student attended at least one day of school in the current month, monthly tuition is charged.

10% of the TOTAL Annual Tuition is a transfer fee within the NWASBC Education Programs. Note. If a student attended at least one day of school in the current month, monthly tuition is charged.

SCHOOL RECORDS will not be released until all accounts are settled and materials returned.
