Graduation Requirements
The minimum unit requirements for a four-year student to graduate are 28 units. College preparatory students should also meet the following requirements:
- Take Algebra I & II, Geometry, Advanced Math, Calculus
- Take Computer Science
- Take Chemistry, Physics, Biology I & II, AP Biology
- Take Foreign Language
- Have at least a 2.0 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale
- Take a college entrance examination (ACT or SAT)
Advanced Placement Program (AP):
The Advanced Placement Program offers college level courses. Contact the registrar for additional information on available courses through SOO Program.
Diploma of Graduation:
SCA will require the following criteria to be matched or exceeded for a student to receive a diploma of graduation:

This program is designed to meet the needs of students who have attended our online High School program for four years. Any student who enrolls after the freshman year will be required to fulfill their State graduation requirements plus yearly expectations of SCA.

Honor Roll and Scholar’s List:
Students who earn a 3.33 to 3.69 grade point average each quarter will be placed on the Honor Roll. Students earning a 3.70 to 4.00 grade point average each quarter will earn recognition on the Scholars' List. These individuals will receive specific awards for their achievement.
