It is our sincere joy and great desire that the Kingdom of God be advanced through this ministry by following the mandate given to us to bring up children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Together, with God's guidance, we can prepare the next generation of students who will be equipped for life: spiritually, academically, socially, and physically.
Tacoma Christian Academy offers education for K-10 grades
Our location: 2014 S 15th Street, Tacoma, WA 98405
Our goal: Provide Christian education in the environment honoring God and people. To achieve this goal we closely work with our student families and the church they attend.
Curriculum: 5 main (core) subjects: Bible, Math, English, Science and History. In addition, students study Russian, Art, Music, Drama, P.E., Health, and Keyboarding.
Staff: Our teachers are mostly bilingual, which helps students to master both English and Russian languages. Since Tacoma Christian Academy works hard on getting children involved in church ministry, we always welcome volunteers, guest speakers, and other respectful leaders to be a part of our school program.
Extracurricular activities: Weekly chapel with student participation, afterschool sports (soccer/basketball), fieldtrips, summer camp, etc.
